**Day to day**
Specialist must have a natural tendency to collaborate with customers, partners and colleagues to achieve shared professional results, where short -term and long-term customer interest is on the fore front.
Personality actively focused on other people and making careful consideration between risk and results in the performance of work duties with the objective to increase and maintain customer and partner confidence in the entire value chain of product development, product distribution and customer advice.
Specialist is aware of possible risks to the organization in performing their work duties and handle these risks with care.
Powerful functional guidance towards the country organizations
DLL's Code of Conduct forms the framework for how to do business within the DLL group.
A Regional Credit Specialist allows the business to weigh credit risk of a deal/transaction and the commercial yields against each other carefully by drawing up an assessment and analysis of the market, company and customer situation.
It is crucial that the specialist has a sharp eye for the relevant legislation and regulations (compliance) and acts in accordance with them across the full scope of the discipline.
**Essentials**
- Master's degree, e.g.
in business economics
- Excellent (verbal and written) communication skills in English.
- At least 10 years of work experience in an financial services industry
- Minimum of 10 years' experience in Risk Management as well in managing financial risks as also non-financial risks
- Proven credit underwriting experience
- Business experience in DLL's line of business with high level of client engagements is preferable
- Excellent track record in managing internal and external stakeholder relationships
- Strong project/program management experience
- Thought leadership
- Independent and pro-active senior risk manager
