Position Overview:
The Project Coordinator oversees and is responsible for tracking all aspects of project scheduling. Coordinates project planning with the Department Manager, Clients, Contractors, Engineers, and Inspectors to ensure that the project is within schedule and that the essential design criteria are met.
Responsibilities:
* Communicate daily with the Department Manager, Inner Office Departments, and, if required, Clients and Contractors.
* Maintain all documentation (paper, electronic data) between contractor and the client.
* Maintain project tracking documentation for the Department Manager.
* Maintain project tracking documentation for the client.
* Prepare departmental request forms and associated documents.
Schedule:
* Monday - Friday
* In Office
Requirements:
* Must have experience using Microsoft Office - Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Adobe Acrobat.
* Strong computer skills and experience in utilizing Excel.
* Preferable experience in a telecom or construction company.
* Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
* Excellent time management skills with the ability to meet deadlines.
* Strong attention to detail.
* Other duties to be added as deemed necessary.
Compensation: $22-26/hr
