The Senior Compliance and Controlling position within the company's Global Business Services requires a professional with experience, outstanding interpersonal skills, and customer orientation. The main objective is to be accountable for the integrity of accounting information through the registration, verification, consolidation, and entry of transactions, linked to the Budgeting and Capital area for North America.
Main Responsibilities
1. Responsible to coordinate the annual review of Audit Test Scripts (Design Effectiveness), Standard Operating Procedures (SOP), Desktop Procedures (DTP).
2. Maintain GBS documentation up to date.
3. Perform SOX Controls self-testing (Operating Testing).
4. Coordinate and train SOX testers team.
5. Assist to coordinate PWC SOX and ICC SOX Independent Testing.
6. Assist to coordinate and prepare GBS Teams for internal and external audits.
7. Coordinate PWC audits within GBS Teams.
8. Review and address audit findings with proper GBS Teams. Assist to build action plans to mitigate risks.
9. Focal point for audit matters within GBS organization.
10. Ad Hoc Activities and Reporting.
11. High proficiency with Microsoft Tools.
Requirements
1. Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
2. 5+ years of experience in Finance/Accounting.
3. 2+ years of leadership experience.
4. Proficiency in English (oral and written).
5. Experience in data analysis and reporting.
6. High proficiency with Microsoft Suite including Excel (pivot tables, v-look ups, etc).
7. Experience in EPM is preferred.
8. Previous experience in Shared Services is preferred.
