This project coordinator role will work with the Resource Manager and project managers to ensure projects run smoothly.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIESCollect, validate, and organize data from various sources to generate meaningful reports for management decision-making processes.Analyze operational process data, provide analyses and summary recommendations for improvement opportunities in business operations.Assist in the development of recommendations and preparation for written and oral presentations to management.Implement regular data governance processes to ensure data integrity and accuracy.
Proactively monitor and maintain high levels of quality, accuracy, and process consistency, and find opportunities for improvement.Assist with developing performance measurements and analytical tools to improve operations.Support coordination of revenue and budgeting processes.Collaborate with business partners and cross-functional teams to define reporting, best practices and standard operating procedures.Assist with the monitoring resource allocation, capacity planning and time reporting for effective resource management across the Technology Solutions organization.Continuously assess resource management and make recommendations to ensure optimal support model.QualificationsBA/BS Degree required.
Experience with a digital and/or technology company a plus.Proficiency in Excel analyzing large data sets with ability to own and drive independent cross-functional analysis projects, working across multiple online and offline data sources.Operations support or equivalent experience (e.g., from consulting or an agency); could include Finance, Business Operations, Strategy, Sales, Sales Operations, Account Management, Sales Planning, Ad Operations, or Consulting.Experience analyzing, interpreting, and summarizing complex data to provide measurable, actionable insights and recommendations (providing clear and concise feedback).Project management experience, including establishing a project vision through execution and coordination with cross-functional partners is preferred.Well-organized, accountable, and capable of handling multiple projects and ad-hoc requests simultaneously with attention to detail.Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work independently.Knowledge of Salesforce Service Cloud and other support tools is a plus.Get to know Syneos Health
