Visit our website or our career page HERE!Job Summary:Be responsible for TV line up management, analyzing and translating key findings into biz guides to Subsidiaries, understand TV market trends, competitor's line up strategy and actions, analyze price positioning, consumer trends, new channels development (Off/Online), with strong focus on MI/BI and reports.Challenges:Lead a product segment and ensure the achievement of the defined objectives; Drive Premium expansion and support market creation; Ensure the achievement of market and business objectives, such as market share, growth and profitability; Influence the decision process of subsidiaries with analyzes and facts; Exposure to C.Level in presentations, as well as to regional customers.Key Job Responsabilities:Manage a category of products, or its sub-categories, ensuring the achievement of sales goals, revenue, profit and market share.Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product performance and areas for improvement, utilizing data from third party providers (GfK) and internal sales dataDevelopment of market reports, to evaluate competitors Line Up by Country, by segment, by price and channelsEnsure that Sales Plan (sell in/out) are consistent with regional strategy and market objectives, and make recommendations of action plan to cover the gaps.Develop additional Ad Hoc reports to generate insights on competitors' rivalry (new players, products, technologies, marketing/communication actions), trends regarding channels (online/offline), consumer profiles, price positioning and market forecast reviews.Support H.Q and Subsidiaries for quarterly meeting Biz Reviews, address product requests, as well organizing meeting, prepare presentations and following up action items.Hold periodic meetings with subsidiaries to assess market status, action plans and interaction with internal departments (marketing, retail, online).Be responsible for a product category, as well as the subsidiary's focal point
