In this role, you will lead and optimize our content strategies, leveraging data to enhance audience engagement and growth. Your expertise will support Playmaker HQ and Better Collective in achieving its goal of redefining sports media landscapes.
You will…
1. Collect, compile, process, and report on dashboards with KPIs such as views and impressions to assess video and content performance.
2. Create and maintain weekly and monthly reports focusing on audience growth, engagement, and content performance across platforms like YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, X, and Audio.
3. Oversee and ensure the accuracy of daily and weekly updates to all media tracking documents.
4. Lead content analyses to optimize current shows and identify areas for improvement.
5. Manage vendor relationships and monitor content performance metrics as needed.
6. Develop and/or manage data visualizations to effectively communicate findings and content performance trends.
7. Streamline content reporting by consolidating multiple spreadsheets into a unified database, with potential use of SQL.
8. Conduct ad-hoc analyses to support special projects, business initiatives, or answer specific inquiries from leadership.
You have…
1. A foundational understanding of digital media analytics.
2. Experience analyzing data and creating dashboards with relevant tools (Looker, Tableau, PowerBI, Google Suite).
3. Strong organizational skills with the capacity to manage multiple tasks and synthesize information into actionable insights.
4. Familiarity with Excel and an analytical approach to problem-solving, understanding data accuracy and trends.
