MediCard is currently looking for assertive, dynamic and energetic individuals to fill up the following vacancy:
The Business Development Manager is primarily responsible for the execution of agency management and governance, quality recruitment, and leader development in the assigned region to drive Activation & Productivity in support of overall Agency growth strategy.
1. Champion and drive Agency Activation and Productivity and work in collaboration with Home Office and assigned agency partners in AIA PH.
2. Enable Agency Leaders to drive activation in their own agencies/units, and support Leader Development through Business Reviews.
3. Responsible for partnering for quality recruitment including Business Opportunity Programs and partner with agency partners to drive expansion.
4. Facilitate orientations and coach agencies on understanding and maximizing the compensation scheme and career path.
5. Oversee agency operations of the sector such as agency team meetings to provide clear communication of company policies, sales incentives, campaign promotions, product marketing and performance updates, and the like.
6. Conduct orientations and coach agencies on maximizing the opportunities presented by HMO as an extension of their solution offering with abilities to cross-sell and up-sell.
7. Provide relevant feedback to other teams from day-to-day observations and feedback from the Agency.
8. Perform tasks that may be assigned by the supervisor from time to time.
