Provide data to monitor Products performance against competitors and key Company indicators such as freshness, stock levels, market share, distribution, etc.Who we are looking for:Bachelor’s degree in business or equivalent experience.Strong experience in Consumer & Shopper Understanding both on the agency side and on the manufacture side preferably in the CPG sector.Experience with People Management.Experience with Budget Management.Deep understanding of Brazil and South American customers’ business, operations, and objectives.Highest level of professional courtesy, mutual respect, and ethics.Collaborative and Partnership mindsetStrong C-level/board level communication and presentation skills.Proficiency in the main MS Office solutionsFluent English skills.Spanish knowledge is a plus.Domain of qualitative and quantitative market research tools (U&A, positioning and brand image studies, communication pre-tests, post-tests of advertising campaigns, price studies, concept and product tests, volumetric studies, use of panels online, brand tracking, data usage from retail audit dashboards, household dashboards, individual dashboards, shopper behavior surveys, etc.)Main Responsibilities:Supports CSU plans definition at South America level to enable Region objectives and needs based on inputs from CSU Area. Supports the Marketing Function in defining and preparing the local budget of costs market research activities.Monitors performance against approved budget, providing status report and act in the case of budget variance.Regularly interacts with Country Manager and Area Marketing Manager Category / Region Marketing Manager Category to ensure alignment about CSU project progress at Region / Country level and towards Area CSU.Proactively proposes ad hoc solutions / tools to respond to local necessities in full coherency with CSU standards.Ensures that all the research activities are in line with Area CSU guidelines and methodologies.Proposes and coordinates end-end research activities regularly aligning all the interested stakeholders in full respect of CSU central guidelines.Works with external research providers to organize analyses and consumer research and their changing needs in the assigned Country.Supervises the production of ad hoc consumer research for the Sales and Marketing teams to understand the behavior and preferences of target consumers identified for specific projects (packaging, new product launches, advertising campaigns, etc.).Interact with external research providers (NielsenIQ, Kantar, Ipsos, etc.) and market data providers (NielsenIQ, Scanntech, Scentia, etc) in the assigned Region to ensure data needs fulfillment in accordance with the objectives defined by the reference BU fully respecting CSU central guidelines.Supervises the reports production for Marketing and Sales Function on market performance of products versus competitors' ones. Provides Area CSU and local top management with key results and insights coming from the activities carried out.Acts as key reference on searching field and consumer / product related datasets within the reference Region / Country.Promotes the development of the research & innovation capabilities within the reference Region / Country.Proactively contributes to the best practices cross fertilization and test & learning process within CSU community.Regularly reports and aligns the top management regarding the status update of the main figures, results and insights achieved .Evaluates new searching opportunities, methodologies, and tools to support the business goals.SE# 510709029
