As a Field Specialist, with or without previous experience, you will play a vital role onsite with our customers. Leading the installation and maintenance activities, you will work with customers to troubleshoot issues and ensure safe and compliant installations. You will be the onsite expert, continually developing your knowledge and skills to deliver innovative solutions for customers.
As a Field Specialist, you will be responsible for:
1. Working directly with Customer Representative and drill crew on location to coordinate operations with the rig and or production facility.
2. Providing record of all assemblies as run to the Customer Representative at the wellsite.
3. Advising Customer Representative in the logging and completions operations, interpreting logging and/or digital Slickline data, troubleshooting, and other wellsite analysis and decision-making processes.
4. Overseeing wellsite operations, crew, and equipment and at the shop to provide specific logging, Digital Slickline and completions services.
5. Maintains records and communications as required by the District Service Delivery Manager/Coordinator.
6. Assisting with the training of assigned personnel in completions operations and maintenance.
7. Promoting and maintaining good customer relations.
8. Performing all required responsibilities safely and as described in Managing Base Operations, Managing Well Operations, and Managing Equipment and Logistics manuals.
9. Conducting all business activities in accordance with Baker Hughes HSE policies, Legal Compliance requirements and Baker Hughes Core Values.
Fuel your passion
To be successful in this role you will:
1. Have a bachelor's degree.
2. Have experience in Wire-line and/or completions and interventions.
3. Be a good team player and display good communication skills with fluency in English; Spanish will be a plus.
4. Have desired knowledge and understanding of the Oil and Gas industry.
