We are searching for the best talent for FIXED TERM - Sales Excellence Technical Product Owner to be in Sao Paulo, Brazil.
Purpose: As the Sales Excellence Technical Product Owner, you will play a pivotal role in developing and managing the multiple technology solutions that drive the Sales Excellence team. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams including Sales and Finance, and different IT teams to design, implement, and optimize systems that align with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
* Define the product/platform vision, strategy and OKR’s for Sales Excellence products, aligning business demand with the product roadmap.
* Establish technology roadmaps to achieve efficient & effective delivery of business & customer value for assigned product.
* Balance business value with technical feasibility while prioritizing features, optimizing cost and improving delivery efficiency.
* Help Product Managers prioritize their backlogs, manage product/platform constraints and resolve cross-team dependencies; manage demand intake as required.
* Work in close partnership with the Product Manager and Engineer roles to manage risk in backlog.
* Define the standards for the product/platform, including overall design and features, development standards, release management processes and schedules, testing/validation, compliance and master data structure.
* Drive selection of product/platform solution options, work with the Lead Engineer to assess tech elements of the solution prior to user testing and to balance tech debt.
* Develop, in combination with engineering, and in consultation with BPM, the high-level solution, including packages adopted, modules to be created, major interfaces, etc.
* Manage financial budgets.
* Facilitate Change Control and Risk Management Processes.
* Drive continual measurement of capabilities against demand volume, complexity, business challenges and improvement within value stream(s).
* Be accountable for cross-team communication.
* Coach POs and vendors on product management best practices to ensure consistency across the product.
Key Skills:
* Experience gathering requirements and translating into a product vision through deep expertise in product development, engineering, and UX.
* Deep understanding and experience in high-quality product delivery, including planning, dependency management, and delivery execution & governance.
* Sufficient understanding of the business needs, including sufficient knowledge of business processes, relevant value drivers, and industry trends.
* Experienced in managing a product backlog/release plan, tracking team-level metrics, leading product team ceremonies, removing blockers (burndown chart, release burn up).
* Understanding of customer journeys and customer experience.
* Substantial skills in relevant technologies in their domain, sufficient to drive technical solutioning with the ability to actively engage with engineers to make decisions on technical tradeoffs.
* Demonstrated success in leading multiple cross-function self-organized teams.
* Contributes with ideas that challenge thinking.
* Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to accurately analyze situations and reach productive decisions based on informed judgment.
Qualifications:
* Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Computer Science, or a related area; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
* English advanced.
* Spanish - Desirable.
* Experience in product management, preferably in Sales related areas.
* Technical background with experience in software development, database management, and data analytics.
* Excellent project management skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
* Experience working in cross-functional teams and leading complex projects from conception to delivery.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
