- Advanced Spanish level is mandatory
**A day in the life of...**:
As a Project Manager you will work in the new service line regarding Project as a Service on leading a project management team in specific initiatives outside our Shared Services Center - NBS (Nestle Business Services) directly with the Markets and business for LATAM, with the Support from Global and Regional Team.
**Main responsibilities**:
**1.
Enterprise Program Management Office (EPMO)**
Accountable for providing central expertise, support and control for Programs and Projects, including:
- Developing Program/Project Management Best Practices/Templates and providing Training/Mentoring to Program and Project Teams
- Monitoring dependencies across multiple inter-related Programs and Projects
- Gathering and Reporting consolidated Program and Project Status as well as Financial information to Business Sponsors, Markets and Zone Management
- Act as a Central Governing Body delivering Quality Assurance, for selected Programs and Projects, by reviewing/auditing adherence to Methodologies, Budgets and Timings
- Provide Staffing and Management for agreed Top Business Transformations
**2.
Project Management**
Responsible for managing an assigned project through its life cycle as per established Project Management Standards and Guidelines to ensure the benefits as prescribed in the Business Case are delivered.
Control the project performance (Scope, Time, Quality, Cost, Risk, Benefits) and lead the team responsible for delivering the project products.
Plan, Delegate, Monitor and Control as per the Project Management Standard Process (Identifying a Project, Defining a Project, Executing a Project, Directing a Project, Closing a Project) and practices (Manage Business Case, Organisation, Plans, Quality, Risk, Change, Progress).
**3.
Team Management**
Develop a cross-functional team capable of managing different types of projects
ensure the proper execution of project management services by all team resources
Provide support to the team acting as a facilitator within the projects
Provide project management solutions through the training of a cross-functional team
