Thanks to their experience, they facilitate a lean commercial process between Airbus Helicopters and the customer.Responsibilities:Accompanying the delivery of services/parts to the customer, carrying out the procedures involved in issuing service invoices.Follow up on installment payments due on sales with the Finance department.Act as the company's liaison with civil and military aeronautical authorities, as well as certifying bodies, the parent company and trade bodies, through periodic meetings and other means of interaction.Being the customer relationship point of contact for the regional CCs, acting as an intermediary and ensuring that the customers needs are addressed and dealt with from end to end.Monitoring the areas indicators to ensure 100% adherence to established targets (planned vs. achieved);Receiving the maintenance records and certificates attesting to the aircraft's airworthiness, checking that the documentation complies with the provisions.Providing avionics technical support to customers of the various Airbus Helicopters aircraft models in their segment of operation in Brazil.Support and carry out manufacturing, component/system assembly and aircraft maintenance inspections in order to ensure compliance with the pre-established definition, recording any non-conformity detected in the supporting documents, requesting support from the PL.
