As a Sales Director, you will focus on leading a team of account executives, you need to adapt quickly to changes, stay up to date with Azion's products and the fast-moving market.
You are a hands-on entrepreneur and can generate results with a budget of all sizes, in addition to having a strong results orientation and high performance.

You will act as a link between our dreams and achievements, between the market and Azion.
Main Responsibilities:
- Meet or exceed quarterly team revenue targets;
- Partner with Recruiting to attract and hire top sales talent;
- Manage contract negotiations and salesforce reporting;
- Manage, coach, and develop a team of Account Executives;
- Provide strategic direction to the sales organization and support to sales representatives as they manage deals from first contact to close;
- Work on the continuous improvement of sales processes and procedures.
Minimum Qualifications
- Consolidated experience as Sales Director in the information technology segment;
- Ability to ramp fast and pivot quickly as the business evolves;
- Experience with planning and conducting the Sales area, building long-term growth strategies and monitoring the area's indicators;
- Proven experience delivering consistent results leading Sales teams (selling B2B solutions in the technology area);
- Knowledge of Solution Selling/Predictable Revenue/SaaS sales methodology;
- Strong results orientation and high performance;
- Masters' Degree or MBA;
- Fluent or Native Spanish;
- Advanced English.
Desirable Qualifications:
- Knowledge in Edge Computing or CDN;
- Knowledge in web architecture, streaming or systems;
- Knowledge of TCP/IP networks (DNS, DHCP, etc);
- Fluent English.
