Your key responsibilities will include:Instructing student athletes in the fundamental skills, rules, strategies, and physical conditioning necessary for success in their sport.Acting as the lead in character development which includes counseling, teaching, instructing, advising, motivating, inspiring, disciplining, and rewarding athletes as appropriate.Planning and evaluating student progress and program results, status, and priorities.Identifying and attracting prospects.Promoting strong public and media relations.Qualifications:Bachelor's Degree or the equivalent combination of education and experience; Master's Degree preferred.Five to eight years of related work experience.Experience as a student-athlete.NCAA Certification required.CPR/First Aid required.Ability to recruit and develop top-tier student-athletes.Understanding of NCAA rules and regulations.Lehigh University is a vibrant academic community that offers a dynamic and supportive work environment.
