Our São Paulo office is located in the heart of the city, a region full of cultural spaces and history.
The office houses several different teams, from Operations to Technology.

THE ROLE
Reporting to the Engineering Lead of Automation, you will be responsible for the maintenance of our automation portfolio.
As a Software Engineer for Automation, you will receive business requirements in the form of Process Documentation, review them, design a solution that will respect those requirements in the best way possible, implement that solution, and lastly (but not less importantly) test your solution.
You will also resolve incidents related to those processes, and apply the same workflow to mitigate those issues.
As a member of our engineering team, it's your responsibility to help us keep our house in place, ensuring that all our developments are appropriately tested and reviewed.
Communication will also be a key aspect of the job since you will be in constant contact with the issue reporter to understand the problem and sell the solution.

Design, document, develop and test our new features for our processes
Expand our modular architecture, creating new libraries
Evolve our automation platform, defining its future
Ensure outstanding engineering practices when building these solutions
Evolve your technical capabilities to the next level while using state-of-the-art technologies
WHO YOU ARE
Bachelor Degree in Engineering or Master in Computer Science or equivalent
Passionate developer with professional experience (between 1 - 2 years) in C#, RPA (UIpath, BluePrism) Python, Java, or any other relevant programming language
Knowledgeable of API integrations using REST
Knowledgeable of query languages like SQL
Passionate about clean and well-documented code
A person that stays on top of all best practices of modern software development
Focused on fully tested and performant code
Curious about new libraries and frameworks
Proficient in written and spoken English
A great team player that is always willing to help out
