The Role: Business Development Executive

Key Responsibilities:
* Build and nurture relationships with new and existing clients across Brazil
* Identify and develop business opportunities aligned with our sales strategy
* Monitor market trends and provide insights to drive growth
* Collaborate with our Global Sales Lead & LATAM team to deliver exceptional service
* Expand our network through events, social media, and professional networking
What We're Looking For
We seek a candidate with proven ability to drive business development and build strong client relationships. Relevant experience in sales, consulting, or recruitment is essential. A commercially savvy individual with strong forecasting and reporting skills is also required. Additionally, a natural communicator who connects with people at all levels, and a passion for building networks and creating opportunities are highly desirable.
Bonus: Proficiency in Portuguese and English is required (Spanish is an asset).
