Job Purpose: You will be responsible for developing and delivering sustainable projects and initiatives that have a tangible impact on the environment for the Building Infrastructure. You will be responsible for identifying, researching, and analyzing new opportunities for the organization to reduce its environmental impact, and for working with stakeholders and external partners to develop and implement solutions. Your tasks: Provide analysis and quotation for all new proposals of DSC. Support all start-ups for new customers of DSC. Ensure own team delivers an efficient, high-quality service that meets business and external needs. Management of staffing/third parties/contractors through KPIs and SLAs. Reduce CO2 emissions. Minimize the consumption of natural resources. Engage stakeholders. Implement strategies. Manage sustainable projects tactically and operationally in line with business strategy and objectives, corporate guidelines, and policies. Your profile: Advanced English language required. College Certificate or equivalent experience/qualification. Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience/qualification. 7 years of relevant FM experience. Experience in ESG Projects.
