ABOUT THE ROLE
The Facilities and Administration Supervisor will be responsible for the overall administrative and facilities management of the bonded warehouse at Guarulhos Airport. This position ensures that all infrastructure, building maintenance, third-party contracts, and supply-related services operate efficiently and in alignment with company guidelines.
The professional will act as the local liaison with various departments, including EHS (Environment, Health & Safety), Security and Loss Prevention, HR, Procurement, and Maintenance, ensuring that the warehouse’s administrative operations are well-structured and compliant with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities
* Coordinate all administrative and facilities services, including cleaning, building maintenance, and access control, ensuring on-site compliance with contracts established by the Procurement team.
* Ensure that access and visitor controls comply with security regulations from authorities such as ANAC, Federal Police, and Federal Revenue Service.
* Align supplier demands and service contracts with the Procurement, Maintenance, and General Administration teams, ensuring compliance with company processes.
* Supervise the warehouse infrastructure, ensuring all preventive and corrective maintenance needs are addressed promptly.
* Act as the local focal point for EHS, Security, and Loss Prevention teams, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and internal protocols.
* Collaborate with HR in managing administrative documentation and structuring employee-related administrative processes.
* Implement and monitor administrative processes, ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures.
* Control the administrative and facilities budget, ensuring efficient resource utilization.
* Identify opportunities for process improvement in administrative and facility management operations.
* Manage administrative supply inventory and ensure the warehouse has adequate materials for smooth operations.
Requirements
* Experience in facilities management, infrastructure maintenance, and administrative processes.
* Knowledge of third-party contract management and supplier relations.
* Familiarity with security, loss prevention, and EHS regulations.
* Ability to coordinate activities and interact with multiple departments.
* Strong leadership, organizational, and team management skills.
* Understanding of procurement processes and budget management.
* Experience with PSESCA (Security Plan for Auxiliary Service Companies or Airport Area Operators).
* A degree in Administration, Logistics, Engineering, or related fields is a plus.
