Key Responsibilities:
* Account Growth:
o Serve as the primary point of contact for a set of key accounts.
o Regularly update clients on campaign progress, performance metrics, and strategic insights.
* Cross-Functional Collaboration:
o Engage in high-level communication with clients, ensuring clarity, professionalism, and effective representation of the company's values.
* Tactical SEO Planning:
o Develop and execute comprehensive Organic SEO and Paid Search strategies that align with client goals and market trends.
o Conduct competitive analysis to identify opportunities and threats within the SEO landscape.
* Performance Optimization:
o Analyze SEO performance metrics using SEO and Analytics tools.
o Provide actionable insights and recommendations based on data analysis to enhance SEO performance.
o Prepare detailed monthly reports summarizing SEO efforts, achievements, and future strategies.
* Team Leadership:
o Lead and mentor a team of SEO specialists, content creators, designers, and developers.
o Collaborate with other departments like content, web development, and PPC to ensure holistic digital marketing strategies.
* Innovation Management:
o Stay abreast of the latest SEO trends, tools, and algorithm updates to keep strategies cutting-edge.
o Suggest innovative SEO tactics and test new approaches to improve outcomes.
Requirements:
* Candidates must be fluent in both verbal and written English, with strong articulation and proficiency suitable for this client-facing role.
* 2+ years in a client-facing account manager role within a digital marketing agency.
* Bachelor's or Masters degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field.
* Proven track record of successfully managing and growing client accounts.
