We are looking for a WordPress Support Specialist to assist our content creators and editorial teams in managing and troubleshooting our WordPress sites. This role does not require coding skills but demands a strong understanding of WordPress and its admin panel. Your primary responsibility will be to support users in modifying content, updating settings, and ensuring a smooth publishing experience.To be more specific, you will:Assist users with WordPress-related questions and issues;Guide content creators on how to modify blocks, update settings, and use WordPress features;Troubleshoot minor WordPress issues and provide step-by-step solutions;Manage user roles and permissions when needed;Ensure a smooth and efficient workflow for the editorial teams;Document recurring issues and propose improvements to enhance user experience;Escalate technical problems to the development team when necessary and discuss with the developers how to tackle bigger support issues;Execute functional tests and write detailed technical documentation;Assess impact, priority, and complexity for support requests;Monitor applications to guarantee full functioning.The ideal profile We're on the lookout for someone who not only shares our values and ambitions but also envisions growing alongside MoveUp Media.
