Senior Global Brand Manager - Dove Hair Care
This position entails working on one of Unilever's most iconic global brands – Dove. Specifically, Dove Hair is one of the largest and most strategic brands for Beauty & Wellness (B&W). In the last 10 years, Dove Hair has grown to be a leading beauty brand in Hair, with a wide footprint in more than 70 countries globally, now reaching 1 billion EUR size and on its way to become B&W #1 brand.
Main Accountabilities
* Drive overall Strategic Planning for Dove Hair in Brazil, including the Development of quarterly Innovation plan and Consumer engagement plan.
* Adapt and lead the landing of Innovation pipeline in Brazil – including full design of regional specific innovations.
* Lead Brazil-specific communication campaigns.
* Generate relevant and differentiated consumer insights in Brazil (especially need states, demand space, and consumer journeys), being the voice of the region in Dove Hair's Global team.
About You
To succeed in this role, you will require:
* 8-10 years of marketing experience, with a substantial and proven track record in brand development skills (i.e., brand positioning/equity, concept development, innovation, and communication development).
* Analytical acumen, consumer understanding, and strategic thinking, enabling you to translate market and consumer insights into long-term, consistent brand strategy and subsequent mixes.
* Deep local Brazil market expertise, especially in Beauty categories.
* An extremely strong eye for and appreciation of beauty, and ability to drive premiumization.
* Positive, assertive yet empathetic leadership, with exceptional 'soft skills' to enable delivery through high degrees of collaboration and partnership.
* Proven learning ability, strong ability to lead in autonomy, and can-do attitude.
