JOB PURPOSE AND IMPACT
The CRM Sales Process Specialist will support the business sales operations and enablement strategy of our CRM. In this role, you will serve as a partner to develop and sustain moderately complex solutions that make the sales teams more effective and efficient through CRM tool. You will be involved in continuous improvement, sales training, sales processes, sales tools adoption and data management to increase engagement and effectiveness for the sales organization.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
- Serve as business product owner of the customer relationship management tool, including effectiveness and utilization measures.
- Lead and coordinate the sales data management strategy across multiple systems related to customer, account manager, and product attributes.
- Handle moderately complex projects for enhancements related to processes improvements, system upgrades and user experience initiatives.
- Create and facilitate sales process and tools training for end users.
- Create strategies and lead the communications with our sales team with the goal to engage the users in the CRM tool.
- Independently solve moderately complex issues with mínimal supervision, while escalating more complex issues to appropriate staff.

QUALIFICATIONS
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
- Experience with CRM tools and Sales Operation process
- Advantage English
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Data driven profile.
- Ability to solicit enhancement requirements and communicate with nontechnical business stakeholders effectively
- Experience using content management and communication CRM tools
- Experience in Project management and Continuous improvement.
