We're looking for a Social Media Manager to own and elevate our brand's social media presence across platforms, crafting and executing strategies that drive engagement, grow followers, and convert audiences into loyal customers. You'll be the voice of our brand online, creating content that resonates with our audience, fostering community, and leveraging data to optimize performance.

Your Responsibilities
* Create and implement platform-specific strategies (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Pinterest, etc.) to grow followers, drive engagement, and increase conversions.
* Plan, create, and schedule high-quality content, including static posts, videos, stories, and reels, that aligns with our brand's voice and aesthetic.
* Act as the voice of the brand, responding to comments, DMs, and mentions, and fostering a loyal and engaged community.
* Analyze social media performance metrics, identify trends, and iterate on strategies to maximize ROI and achieve KPIs.
* SOURCE AND MANAGE RELATIONSHIPS WITH UGC CREATORS, INFLUENCERS, AND BRAND AMBASSADORS TO AMPULIFY THE BRAND'S REACH.
* Monitor social media trends, competitor activity, and emerging platforms to keep the brand at the forefront of digital marketing.
* Lead social media campaigns for product launches, promotions, and seasonal initiatives, ensuring alignment with broader marketing goals.
* Work closely with the creative, marketing, and product teams to ensure cohesive messaging and brand consistency across all channels.
Requirements
* Experience: 3+ years of experience in social media management, preferably with DTC brands.
* Platform Expertise: Proficient in managing Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Pinterest, and other relevant platforms, with a deep understanding of their algorithms and best practices.
* Content Creator: A knack for creating engaging, on-brand content, including captions, visuals, and videos.
* Data-Driven: Skilled at analyzing social media metrics and using insights to optimize performance.
* Community-Oriented: Passionate about building and nurturing online communities.
* Organized and Proactive: Able to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
* Strong Communicator: Excellent English skills (written and verbal) and able to clearly articulate ideas and strategies.
* Portfolio: A strong portfolio or examples of social media accounts you've managed, showcasing your ability to grow engagement and followers.
