Job Description
Our support practice will embed you within our globally distributed production teams, to collaboratively work with customer's power users and IT professionals to create amazing user and service experiences amongst different hybrid enterprise stacks on Office 365, Slack, MS SharePoint, IBM Connections/Workplace and Atlassian Jira/Confluence.
We are looking for a very communicative Support Analyst, fluent in spoken and written business English and native to client-side web applications and apps.
Qualifications
Your Responsibilities
Understand, research and solve issues from customers and DevOps peers, which traditional first level agents aren't able to address.
Document solutions in creative ways, i.e. by vlogs or multimedia kb.
Prepare and deliver learning bites for customers and peer team members.
Streamline deployment processes, establishing procedures aiming for fully automated healing of enterprise services.
Actively participate in the broader (enterprise) community, publishing blog posts, white papers, and case studies.
Your Profile
You are a fluent English speaker.
You love computers and technology and bring strong, hands-on support experience with different web-based enterprise application stacks.
You master communications and collaboration with customers – out of the traditional agent/ticketing model. Logging the steps towards the solution is your running logic.
Ideally, you have worked with, and optionally you're certified for, a few of these technologies: Microsoft Office 365, Microsoft SharePoint, and IBM Connections.
Your personal skills make you a great teammate, excellent in technical thinking and connecting the dots.
You are passionately embracing scripting, eager to automate yourself out of the job - only to free yourself for even more solution thinking and social learning.
You hold a bachelor’s degree, not necessarily in Computer Science.

Contracting
Full-time period 8h/day = 40h/week, with the flexibility to start early and stop mid-afternoon or start noon and work late evening.
