**Your field of responsibility**
- Assist with demands that need action by the Facilities team, such as burned out light bulbs or re-actors, deactivated or faulty air conditioning equipment, leaking water purifiers, etc.
- Support internal moves, such as transfers, onboarding of new joiners, and resignations
- Support the preparation of events with clients/vendors or corporate events
- Control spare parts (office, electrical, hydraulic, and hardware)
- Purchase materials
- Provide support to users
