Job Requirements
Key Objective
The primary purpose of this role is to produce a high-quality work product on claims through collaboration with Country leaders to determine, deploy and operationalize a PL organizational structure that optimally balances claim segmentation, staff specialization and leadership/admin ratio
Major duties and responsibilities
- Work on key business tasks as and when required by claims and underwriting management
- Collaborate with the Country claims organizations to deliver market leading claim resolution, recovery and avoidance outcomes that optimally balance accuracy, speed, customer service and expenses across auto.
- Assist Country heads of claims with anticipating, sourcing, hiring, developing and performance managing the most professional Motor claim staff and leaders in the industry.
- Responsible Auto claims performance in accordance with Chubb Best Practice Guidelines
- Ensure that there is a systemic method to rapidly identify, escalate, report to relevant audiences and resolve potential internal and external auto fraud activity and associated exposures
- Ensure that all auto claims that meet large loss referral criteria are quickly and accurately identified, escalated, reported to all relevant audiences, reserved and optimally resolved
- Determine, develop, deploy and operationalize an individual contributor development/mentoring program for staff that demonstrate business and leadership competences such as; critical thinking, rational planning, communicate effectively and consistently delivers/ executes priorities.
- Develop and maintain strong, productive, value added relationships with stakeholders such as: Country, Regional, Global auto underwriters and line of business leaders within Chubb and external distribution partners.
- Actively engage in product development, marketing and account maintenance initiatives as needed to ensure that overall growth and financial objectives are met.
- Owner and administrator of auto authority
- Any other duties as directed by management

Knowledge & Skills
- 8+ years auto claims experience
- 4+ years management experience
- Broad knowledge of insurance industry and claims processe
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Adaptability to changing market conditions
- 4+ yeas Vendor management experience
- Legal requirements and regulations

- Litigation procedures
