The Controller Analyst - Commercial Business Partner will act as a link between the Controllership and Commercial areas, providing analytical and financial support to enable informed and assertive decision-making.
This professional will play a key role in monitoring commercial performance, profitability, and structuring processes related to pricing and governance.

**Qualifications and Requirements**:
**Academic Background**: Bachelor's degree in Administration, Economics, Accounting, Engineering, or related fields.
**Professional Experience**: Minimum of 3 years in similar positions as Commercial business partner, focusing on profitability analysis, pricing, or controllership.
**Technical Skills**:
Advanced Excel and experience with BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, etc.).
Knowledge of ERP and financial systems.
Familiarity with governance and compliance processes.
**Languages**: Intermediate/advanced English, with the ability to interact with global teams, especially regarding the pricing process.
**Behavioral Skills**:
Analytical profile with the ability to solve problems in a structured way.
Excellent communication and the ability to influence and negotiate with different stakeholders.
