Your responsibilities will include:Applying software corrections to workstations.Diagnosing and evaluating hardware failures, determining if a repair is needed in the laboratory.Performing interventions and troubleshooting without opening the machine when possible.We are looking for a proactive professional with strong problem-solving skills and technical expertise to enhance user experience and system reliability.And much better if you stand out for:Advanced English.Experience with MS Windows OS, O365 E1/E3/E5, AD, Single/MFA.Experience with end-user support in record, diagnose and solve problems in the scope of microcomputing, hardware, operating systems, telephony, videoconferencing, web conferencing, audio conferencing and related areas, including performing any corrective maintenance on ICT equipment.Experience to clarify doubts and guide users regarding the use, availability, installation and configuration of software, applications, information systems (both those in the market and those developed internally), equipment, standards and procedures on the technological environment of the Customer and its use.Identify and immediately report to the Level 2 Service Supervisor critical problems that have significant impacts on the technological environment of Customer, exceptional situations and other situations beyond its control or jurisdiction.Perform analysis of the hardware requirements for software installation.Test functionalities of new equipment, components or peripherals, and prepare configuration and user guides or manuals.Reinstall the default image on workstations or notebooks, including the process of backing up users' data.Act in the execution of activities of the asset management process in Customer locations where there are no asset technicians allocated, at times when the Asset Management service is not available or whenever required by supervision.Cabling (climping, test cables UTP/Fiberoptics MM and SM).>>>What do we offer?
