We offer solutions so that environmental information is the cornerstone of political and business decision-making.CDP Latin America engages with more than 2,000 companies in the region in transparency and action against climate change and has a significant presence in the Cities, States, and Regions program.We actively seek diversity in growing our team, and encourage women, black, LGBTQ+, and others with diverse backgrounds to apply.Who you areMust reside and be eligible to work in Brazil.At least 2 (two) years of experience as finance assistant or in a similar position, preferably in an NGO or non-profit organization.Advanced Excel skills.Experience working with MS Office Applications, including Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, SharePoint, and Monday.Proven professional communication and business partnering skills.Problem-solving skills with a positive attitude to work in a growing environment.Fluency in English is mandatory; Spanish is a plus.Ability to meet deadlines under pressure.Experience working with global organizations and/or international teams is an advantage.Experience with environmental, sustainability, and climate change topics is a plus.Good knowledge of the Latin American context.Your day-to-dayReceiving and checking information from commercial departments related to members/customers to carry out the invoice issuing process.Preparing and sending reports to the outsourced partner to ensure accurate and timely issuance of invoices.Processing payment requests to the outsourced partner for timely posting and clearing of accounts.Following up with clients regarding outstanding accounts receivables for timely collection.Updating information on the Monday platform related to invoicing processes.Maintaining periodic communication with CDP Latin America departments to provide assistance and suggest improvements in finance-related issues.Understanding and following CDP Latin America Purchase Procedures on all purchases.Preparing and submitting financial reports to the CDP WW office according to established schedules.Assisting in the annual budget process with supervision.Preparing and presenting financial analysis to the management team regarding approved budgets vs. actuals.Supporting auditors on audit requirements as requested.Salary and BenefitsCompetitive NGO salary, meal voucher, transportation assistance, health and dental insurance provided at no cost to the employee, private pension fund, annual holiday between Christmas and New Year's Eve (in addition to the 30-day legal vacation), online Spanish classes, notebook provided during the contract period, access to SESC and Gympass.Please note that we do not conduct phone screens and utilize screening questions in each of our processes.
