In order to succeed, you'll need the following skills: Technical Expertise: 8+ years of experience in software development, with a strong focus on clean code practices, design patterns, and scalable software architecture.
Proven ability to implement and maintain industry best practices in software development.
Up-to-date knowledge of the latest tools, frameworks, and technologies in the software development industry.
Leadership Experience: 2+ years of experience leading and managing technology teams, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment.
Demonstrated ability to mentor and develop engineers, promoting growth and technical excellence within the team.
Previous leadership experience in consulting environments will be considered a strong plus.
Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal english communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Experience aligning cross-functional teams toward common objectives and facilitating clear communication across departments.
Strategic Thinking: Ability to align engineering initiatives with the company's strategic goals, ensuring technical efforts contribute to overall business growth.
Deep understanding of business operations, service lifecycles, and cross-departmental collaboration.
Time Management and Prioritization: Proven ability to manage multiple projects and competing priorities effectively, ensuring deadlines and strategic objectives are met.
