Job Summary
• The role manages a team of marketing professionals to conduct market research and execute marketing campaigns focused on digital processes and innovation.
The role manages the development of customer segmentation strategies, identifies strategic partnerships, and ensures legal compliance.
Responsibilities
• Creates annual marketing plans, budgets, and forecasts tailored to the specific market's needs and characteristics.
• Manages day-to-day activities and operations of a team of marketing professionals including managing staffing, workflow, and budgets.
• Manages a team to conduct in-depth market research to understand consumer behavior, preferences, and emerging trends.
• Leads marketing and campaign managers to plan, execute, and optimize marketing campaigns, including advertising, promotions, and content marketing.
• Prepares regular reports for senior management, including key performance indicators and return on investment analysis.
• Manages the development of customer segmentation and audience strategies by leveraging market insights and product or solution roadmaps.
• Participates in identifying strategic partnerships or alliances with local businesses and organizations to expand market reach.
• Ensures that all marketing activities comply with local laws and regulations, including data protection and advertising standards.
• Acts as subject matter expert, identifies opportunities for process improvement and policy development, and recommends changes in alignment with business tactics and strategy.
• Performs talent management responsibilities including recruitment, performance management, coaching, and career development.
Education & Experience Recommended
• Four-year or Graduate Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or any other related discipline or commensurate work experience or demonstrated competence.
• Typically has 7-10 years of job-related experience or 5-7 years of management experience, preferably in segment marketing, channel marketing, partner marketing, or a related field.
