This role is responsible for leading and delivering a central strategy for the LAC websites to provide exceptional customer experiences.
From driving traffic to optimizing on-site experiences, the role influences all areas of our marketing function to ensure we have a cohesive approach to building buyer journeys that drive engagement and consideration for solutions by our target audience.
The role will be responsible for understanding overall business goals and working collaboratively with broader teams to successfully plan, coordinate, launch and measure digital marketing initiatives against those goals while optimizing the customer journey.
**Key Responsibilities & Tasks**
**Website Structure and Merchandising**:
- You will execute the marketing strategy for the Latin America digital experience.
- Understand the Digital Buyers Journey to optimize web user experience and drive engagement - predominantly with prospects but extending to existing clients over time.
- Work closely with the Global Digital team to visiualise, plan and execute website activities that are optimized for the LAC audience.
- Deliver quarterly marketing plans to drive traffic, conversion, testing and optimisation of the site.
- Create a plan of content recommendations, new pages and assets to augment the existing site and improve usability, working with Content lead to prioritize and plan delivery.
- Be a part of global initiatives to improve site performance such as a new resource center, design projects and new assets etc.
- Be responsible for driving page creation/updates and merchandising of content across the site, liaising with the global PM team.
- Responsible for LAC site metrics working with the Business Intelligence team and lead the interpretation of the data and actions to improve performance and trends.
**Paid Social**:
- Execution of the paid social strategy in collaboration with agency support
- Work with all Field Marketing and organic Social Media leads to understand all elements of paid social in place across entire campaigns mix.
- Be the central point for monitoring best practices, campaign performance and driving the opportunities to learn and improve in this critical area.
**Advertising Campaigns**:
- Act as the local lead and to execute the Latin America advertising/consideration campaigns.
- Work collaboratively with the local ad agency and global advertising Senior Manager to understand how advertising drives site traffic and how we can optimize spend and engagement for the region.
**Gamification Platform**:
- Execution of the gamification plarform strategy in collaboration with vendor support
**Cross Functional Alignment**:
- Work closely with Paid Search and SEO teams, Corporate Web and Digital team, Local Content and Social Media team, and Field Marketers to drive an integrated approach to the website as the hub of programs and tactics that drive engagement and ultimately revenue.
**Key Metrics**:
- Quarterly traffic and conversion optimization metrics from multiple sources
- Engagement with content on site
- Improved journey and time on site metrics
- # of web optimizations
- Number of web tests conducted in conjunction with corporate web team
- Advertising engagement improvements
- #MQLs and pipeline generation through digital tactics
**Experience & Language Requirements**
- Experience creating and implementing proven successful digital and web strategies aligned to business goals and executed collaboratively with a broad team.
- Knowledge of SEO, PPC current practices and advertising.
- Experience in taking data insights and driving tactical and strategic actions to optimize and improve results.
- Proficiency in web storytelling and understanding effective copywriting for digital channels.
- Strong communicator and collaborator at all levels and internationally.
- Flexible and willing to work on a broad variety of tasks at different levels.
- Willingness and ability to accommodate meetings in different time zones.
- Fluency in Portuguese and English is required, additional fluency in Spanish a plus.
**Education**
- Degree-level education with strong marketing experience in B2B software industry with SaaS experience.
