About The Role
As a Maintenance Analyst, you will be responsible for carrying out maintenance activities for customer accounts, including applying requested adjustments, configurations, and updates, while adhering to company policies and service standards.
What You Will Do
* Respond to requests from merchants, the sales team, and other stakeholders, ensuring compliance with established processes.
* Interpret and execute activities in alignment with defined procedures and policies.
* Conduct research by gathering data and recording evidence from internal systems, online sources, commercial databases, and internal sales or compliance contacts.
* Ensure accurate and timely input of information into company systems within specified timeframes.
* Generate monthly reports to support key control processes.
What You Need To Succeed
* Technical studies or ongoing studies in finance, administration, or related fields.
* Experience in operational roles within banks or financial institutions, particularly in identifying risk operations or fraud.
* Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
* Effective and assertive communication skills.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
* Intermediate English level.
