Join us in shaping our future – and yours.Travel %: 20%What you will doThe Sr Quality Analyst Supplier Troubleshootings is responsible for quality support for internal and external operations through connections with multidisciplinary teams, such as manufacturing, planning, purchasing, and the Raw Material Center, among others, to support the qualification of suppliers in accordance with regulatory regulations and ensure material performance indicators. This role also supports any material issues, acting as an interface between manufacturing and suppliers, ensuring quality investigations and any necessary action plans, as well as assessing the business impact and the decision to use the material or return it to the supplier.Key ResponsibilitiesSupport technical evaluation and qualification on suppliers and service providers based on the company's technical documents, guides, and current legislation to comply with Good Manufacturing Practices supported by a Risk Analysis.Connect with various areas, including purchasing and procurement, and the area of Make to generate insights and visions that contribute to plans and decision-making applicable to the improvement of the performance of materials and processes such as troubleshooting.Support the discussion and accomplishment of material requirements and the Quality Agreements with the suppliers.Support the strategic development agenda of the business, reliability program considering the points to contribute to decision making, performance monitoring, opportunities, and points of improvement.Prepare charts, create presentations, and generate analysis documents that can be used by leadership.QualificationsWhat we are looking forRequired QualificationsBachelor’s degree in pharmacy, chemistry or related science is required; pharmacy is preferred.Desired QualificationsProven experience of at least 5 years in a regulated pharmaceutical industry (Good Manufacturing Practices and Quality).Knowledge in drug products is required.Knowledge of current regulatory frameworks related to Good Manufacturing Practices associated with the manufacture of medicines.Knowledge of regulatory requirements across the LatAm region such as ANVISA, COFEPRIS, INVIMA, ANMAT is a key skill.Knowledge of risk analysis tools applied to Supplier Qualification.Advanced English is required; Spanish is desired.Working knowledge of CAPA, Change Control, and General Quality Systems processes.Advanced technical training and experience using Statistics, Lean, and Six Sigma methodologies is a differential.Good communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).What’s in it for youPaid Company Holidays, Paid Vacation, Volunteer Time & More!Learning & Development OpportunitiesEmployee Resource GroupsThis list could vary based on location/region.*Note: Total Rewards at Kenvue include salary, bonus (if applicable) and benefits.
