**We are looking for a Head Of Sales who** will be responsible for developing and leading the sales function and implementing strategic account initiatives.
The person will work closely with the marketing department.
**Responsibilities**:
- Develop plans and strategies to promote company products and services.
- Improve customer satisfaction by anticipating consumer needs.
- Create sales reports Identify where improvements can be made and develop success-driven plans.
- Manage sales teams and sales budget.
- Organize and maintain sales operations.
- Take charge of recruiting and hiring sales staff.
- Develop sales training programs.
- Monitor market and competitor activity.
- Manage detailed sales expectations and plan accordingly.
- Monitor customer activity.
- Communicate and foster relationships with clients.
- According to the company's overall sales strategy, organize to formulate market segment.
**It can be a perfect match if you meet**:
- **5 years **of experience in Sales
- Demonstrate **Leadership roles** -Team Leader - Sales Leader**:
- **SaaS company experience.

- Experience in** B2B sales** within the** LatAm region.

- Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written) with the ability to listen and respond in **Spanish and English.
** Both must be **spoken well.

**It would also be a plus if you**:
- Have Experience in KYC, KYT & Fraud Prevention within wallets, exchanges, and neo-banks.
