**Role Overview**:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Product Business Analyst to join our team and assist Product Owners and Managers in delivering high-quality products.
This role involves gathering and documenting product requirements, creating user stories and use cases, and collaborating with stakeholders to ensure new features and changes align with business goals.
You will be responsible for translating business requirements into actionable tasks for the development team, conducting market research, analyzing performance data, and identifying areas for process improvement.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Assisting Product Owners and Product Managers in daily work.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document detailed product requirements.
- Create and define user stories, use cases, and acceptance criteria.
- Creating documentation for new features or changes and providing training to users and stakeholders as needed.
Ensure that everyone understands the product and any new functionalities.
- Translate business requirements into actionable tasks for the development team.
- Identify areas for process improvement and optimization.
- Conducting market research and analysis to understand industry trends, customer needs, competitors, and market opportunities.
- Analyzing performance data, user feedback, and other relevant data to assess the success of the product and identify areas for improvement.
Create reports and presentations to communicate insights and recommendations.
- Developing detailed user stories and scenarios to guide the development team.
This involves outlining the criteria for acceptance and ensuring that the user's perspective is considered throughout the development process.
- Help prioritize features and enhancements based on stakeholder needs, product vision, and business value.
- Keeping up to date product specifications and requirements changes;
- Identify and propose improvements in current solutions, tools, and operational processes to drive efficiency and increase performance.
- Provide insights into potential challenges and dependencies.
- Collaborate with quality assurance teams to ensure testing aligns with business requirements.
**Requirements**:
- At least 2-3 years of experience in business analysis or a related field.
- Strong understanding of Agile product development methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
- Advanced technical skills, excellent documentation skills.
- Competency in Atlassian software development and collaboration tools, including JIRA and Confluence.
- Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
- Able to work well in a fast-paced environment while staying accurate and paying close attention to detail.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.
- Ability to collaborate across multiple teams and manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Bonus: Understanding of live casino operations or game development processes.
