What Youll Do Conduct end-to-end hiring process Partner with hiring managers to understand their needs and find the best talent. Develop creative sourcing strategies to attract top professionals. Build and nurture a strong talent pipeline. Run structured interviews and assessments to ensure we hire the best. Use data-driven insights to continuously improve the hiring process. Make sure every candidate has an awesome experienceregardless of the outcome. What Were Looking For 2+ years of experience in recruitment (bonus if in tech, consulting, or CX/EX).
