Business Process Executive
We are a Shared Service providing captive support to Camso/Michelin group of companies in the OHT Business Unit.

As a member of the Shared Service Center team, the Business Process Executive participates in evaluating, designing, executing, measuring, monitoring and controlling changes to business processes.
They work collaboratively across all departments of the organization to help improve the management of a business process.
He/She will focus on the entire process from beginning to end, introducing innovation into the process that can impact results, enhance efficiency and assist the Shared service to meet its business objectives and goals.
KEY EXPECTED ACHIEVEMENTS
- Ensure all the processes insourced into the Shared Services Center are properly documented, signed, and maintained in designated storages/locations.
- All the other Key documents centered to the Insourced Processes are prepared, signed and kept in designated storages/locations.
- Ensure all changes to processes are timely captured documented and approved.
- Play a key role in all the process related discussions, meetings to identify requirements to changes and facilitate decisions to be made.
- Play a key role in development and achievement of process improvements for specific process insourced by the Shared service.
- Drive the Process Change Control Forum in the shared service center to ensure compliance in process management and ensure efficiency through process changes.
- Carry out business Processes Audits and identify noncompliance to agreed processes and report to Immediate supervisor and management team.
- ARIS User Management and system administration, Process quality management and conducting trainings on ARIS usage and functionalities.
- Play a key role in defining requirements and select new tools / technologies
- Support the SSC controller to document monitor and report on internal controls and delegation of authorities
- Participate in transition to new tools / technologies
- Carry out fact finding surveys and analyses results and report to supervisor.
- Record and report on all the issues related to Shared Services Center Processes and Procedures to the Supervisor.
- Maintain SSC mindset, discipline and highest levels of productivity and efficiency as a member in the SSC team.
- Work closely with the Continuous Process Improvement Manager to identify, promote and build awareness of the control elements in every process
- Work closely with other SSC Team leads in relation to Processes, and other Processed based documentations to be Changed, approved, and improved.
- Pay a major role in continuous improvement projects to contribute in execution of projects and maintain required documentations.
- Live the resource mobilization practice in shared services center and Back up resources at critical situations or crisis time including team leads.
CANDIDATE PROFILE
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Administration (Finance or Accounting) or equivalent qualification;
- 2 years + experience in Business Process implementation and in transaction and operation processes for a large organization;
- Green Belt (DMAIC or DFSS) certification would be an advantage;
- Knowledge or certification in a recognized Project Management Methodology (PMI, PRINCEII) would be an asset;
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite of products, with emphasis on strong Excel, Visio, PowerPoint and Power automate skills;
- Ability to work in different time zones when required;
- Excellent level of spoken and written skills in both Sinhala/English;
- Comfortable interacting with Senior Management and key business partners throughout the organization.
The Shared Service Center in Colombo includes over 50 achievers, authentic and industrious people from different backgrounds.
In this role, you collaborate closely with your team members, senior management and variety of stakeholders in Camso Group Entities.
