**What role you will play in our team**:
ExxonMobil is hiring experienced Customer & Application Developer (CAD) to join our LAMEX Product Technology team focusing in Product Solutions Portfolio - Polyethylene.
Although the position is based in São Paulo it has Latin America coverage as it can enable work with customers in any of the countries we have business in the region and the new employee will be part of cross functional teams spread over Latin America.
Will work closely with Sales and Marketing teams.
As part of this position's activities, new employee will support and lead projects that will require interaction with other teams around the globe and allow demonstration of a diversity of skills.

**What you will do**:
- Ensure customer relationship development
- Create and propose new solutions to customers
- Lead trials at customers and ExxonMobil labs, managing solution approval
- Manage all technical aspects of opportunities development
- Actively participate in Application Development Teams, providing technology and market insights, leading or supporting segment initiatives, creating new technical material, translating global solutions to Latin America market needs and timely progressing opportunities.
- Develop appropriate solutions to ensure maximum value capturing of the new products in close cooperation with Sales and Marketing
- Develop and deliver presentations to internal and external audiences, trade shows and seminars
- Provide trainings to Market-Facing-Resources, Customers and Distributors to enhance overall technical competencies
- Represent ExxonMobil Technology in interactions with customers, partners, industry associations, academia, brand owners and machine manufacturers
- Utilize depth and/or breadth of experience to identify cross-functional and cross-segments opportunities.
- Handle and protect sensitive customer information.
Support Customer feedbacks.
- Ensure opportunity development and programs/activities progress are properly and timely documented in system

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor's degree in Chemistry or related Engineering
- Languages: English - Advanced / Spanish - highly desirable
- Relevant industry experience.
Experience in PE highly desirable
- Availability to travel: 25-50% of time
