We are looking for a professional with an IT background to drive digital innovation and business transformation across Latin America.
Reporting to the LATAM IT Director, you will have the role of IT Business Partner for HR and Procurement areas and will be responsible for leading initiatives and projects using agile, data-driven, and digital solutions, inspiring business leaders to rethink/challenge their processes and solutions and also drive the deployment of global innovative solutions in the region.
Position in IT Organisation
* Reports to CIO Latam and to Milan Head Quarter IT Innovation Leader;
* Has no direct reports and manages internal groups and external consultants during project development;
* Works in Sorocaba following our home office policy.
Knowledge/Experience required:
* Processes
o Experienced in review/automation of business processes, preferably in the manufacturing sector;
o Able to understand business targets/metrics and propose the adoption of new technologies to create a competitive advantage for our company;
o Experienced in creation and maintenance of networking among companies, start-ups, and innovation hubs;
o Specific knowledge of HR and/or Procurement processes is desirable.
* Technical
o At least 3 years' experience leading IT projects preferably delivering innovative solutions;
o Good knowledge of leading edge technologies like data management, analytics, web solutions, AI, IoT, E-business, and UX;
o Good project management skills and methodological approach to problem solving.
* Additional Skills
o Natural researcher, innovative thinker, analytical, and acts as a change agent inspiring colleagues and leaders;
o Able to manage ambiguous situations, flexible to adapt to different organizations with strong negotiation skills and stress resilience;
o Good written and oral communication skills, proficiency in English, and basic knowledge of Spanish is desirable.
Responsibility and main duties
* Leader for Latin America (8 countries) for Digitalization and IT innovation.
* Create an innovative culture within employees and partners driving the changes.
* Develop in the region capacities to deliver clear results on innovative initiatives.
* Responsible for vendor management/contracting/solution development.
Main interactions
* Works as an advisor and tutor for Business and IT leaders within the region.
* Works in local, regional, and global project teams.
* Contributes to IT Strategic planning.
