Position Description & Responsibilities
This role supports preparation for the launch of a new indication under one of our current portfolio's most important brands. The Coordinator will report directly to the Brand Manager and partner with medical, sales, and other cross-functional teams to drive market strategy development and implementation for the new indication launch.
Key Activities:
* Create solutions to meet customer needs such as meetings, materials, and dialogue models that develop integrated offerings creating meaningful connections and remarkable experiences for customers while driving business results.
* Develop effective campaigns and messages reaching appropriate customer groups to accomplish well-designed results.
* Contribute to Launch Readiness/Customer Plans Development.
* Develop and implement Action Plans.
* Engage and train the Sales Force.
* Foster Key Opinion Leader (KOL) engagement.
* Forecast performance.
* Support Market Research and Advisory Boards.
* Aid in Launch Preparation and readiness assessment.
* Manage Budgeting and internal operations.
* Collaborate with external partners to achieve brand development and customer experience goals.
* Present corporate information in both Portuguese and English.
Transferable Skills:
* Beyond core marketing competencies, candidates must build skills in Cross-Functional leadership, collaborating across Medical, Sales, and other functional groups to bring plans to market.
* Candidates should explore ways to improve our current launch readiness framework to increase efficiency using analytical and problem-solving skills.
Required Knowledge and Skills:
* Experience in marketing and/or sales within the Pharma industry.
* Completion of higher education.
* Desirable post-graduation qualifications, such as an MBA or Master's degree.
* Advanced/Fluent English language proficiency.
* Strong written and verbal communication skills.
