**YOUR ROLE**:
- Provides overall support to regional LKAM's and sales team in managing relationship with customers;
- Manages sales back office and provides operational support for the country / sub-region / region;
- Gathers information from customers and other divisions and communicates and shares information to the local/sub-regional sales team;
- Keeps tracks of sales targets;
- Provides data and reports to help the regional sales team to achieve sales targets;
- Maximizes efficiency to build best process to support customers and sales team;
- Delivers all ad-hoc tasks of regional / sub-regional sales team.
**YOUR SKILLS**:
- Graduation Completed/ Post Graduation or MBA is a plus;
- Experience with Sale Excellence, Intelligence, Administration or Similar fields;
- Experience in Consumer Goods or Building Materials segment;
- Advanced English is a must / Spanish is desirable;
- Experience managing teams is a must;
- Experience with Power BI and Dashboards;
- Data Analysis;
- Sales digital fluency;
- Strong Communication and relationship with other areas.
