Job Purpose
Responsible for medium-complexity calculations, issues and controls of financial events, using the management tools available in the company, in order to control the financial aspects of Technology Projects.
Providing financial results for technology projects to help ensure compliance with approved budgets.
Job Description
. Routine control of derivative financial instruments in accordance with the rules on hedge accounting.
. Requesting hedge contracts and write-offs to protect project costs, revenues/receivables;
. Providing support to Technology project managers with regard to the invoicing process, Forecast, Budget and Reporting and rendering of accounts to joint development partners;
. Consolidating the monthly forecasts provided by the Technology project managers;
. Providing financial information to project managers by analyzing reports and using tools (Governance, Sharepoint, ERP);
. Collaborating on opportunities to improve the control and execution processes of technology projects;
You are meant for this job if:
Degree in Accounting, Business Administration or Economics;
Mandatory experience in the area of costs, absorption costs, design or cost control. Preferably in the oil and gas sector;
Knowledge of manufacturing controllership and knowledge of a manufacturing environment desirable.
Power BI advanced
English Intermediate, preferably Advanced
Skills
Additional Skills
Knowledge of ERP (SAP): costs and projects. Intermediate / Advanced;
Extensive knowledge of Excel, SAP and Office.
Knowledge of Power BI desirable.
