We have a local team in 9+ countries including India, Thailand, Indonesia, Philippines, Sri Lanka, South Africa, Tanzania, Uganda, USA and counting.What will you do?Explore target market and identify new leads.Approach leads by calling and reaching the right point of contact at the property.Use sales scripts provided by the company to drive sales and respond to customer rejections.Understand the complexity of hotel operations and the technology they are using.Address customer queries or issues, escalating if necessary.Maintain fruitful relationships with existing customers through regular calls.Conduct online research on competitors, customers, and products to gain insights.Build strong relationships with decision-makers of properties to understand their technological priorities.Concentrate on hot leads, follow up, and convert them into closures.Meet or exceed daily and monthly targets for call volume and sales.Contact clients to inform them about new developments in the company's products.Develop quotes and proposals.Negotiate and renegotiate to close deals.Provide round-the-clock support to customers.Identify opportunities for campaigns and services, and make alliances that will lead to winning sales for the company in enterprise accounts.What does it need?Preferred 1+ years of experience in telesales.Fluency in English and regional Sri Lankan languages.Excellent communication and presentation skills over the phone.Able to learn IT products and their functionality.Patience and the ability to manage clients calmly by understanding their needs.The ability to follow scripts.Strong negotiation and consultative sales skills.Exceptional customer service skills.Preferred proven sales track record in telesales.
