We are looking for a Deputy Head of Customer IT Infrastructure.
Your main tasks will be:
Manage the operations team and processes to maintain the mission-critical products of the company, ensuring availability of IT services, deploying changes, and solving incidents.
Organize processes inside the team and reinforce their technical expertise.
Manage the team, set, track, and prioritize tasks. Set goals and expectations for the team and individual team members.
Develop and monitor performance metrics, SLI/SLO, and KPIs to assess team efficiency and effectiveness.
Analyze current application infrastructure, identify areas for improvement, and implement process enhancements to optimize infrastructure.
Promptly manage and resolve operational issues.
Implement solutions to prevent recurring problems and improve overall efficiency.
We expect from you:
Deputy / IT Director experience;
7+ years in web infrastructure, 5+ years in a deputy or IT director position;
Good understanding and experience in web infrastructure, including Kubernetes and RabbitMQ;
Experience with infrastructure analysis tools: ELK, DataDog;
Significant experience as a system administrator, SRE, DevOps - maintaining and deploying applications with microservices architecture, CI/CD development, organizing business monitoring, and automating IT operational processes;
High level of responsibility for owned IT applications and infrastructure;
Good leadership and motivation skills.
