Euroland IR is a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) company expanding our operations in Buenos Aires. We specialize in selling software subscriptions for IR Solutions to stock-listed companies in the USA, Canada, and Latin America through a B2B sales model. We are looking for a proactive and experienced Office Manager to establish and manage a new call center in Buenos Aires.
Key Responsibilities:
* Set Up Operations: All general office administration functions and ensuring the smooth running of the office.
* Recruitment & HR: Co-lead the hiring process, starting with the recruitment of a Sales Manager, followed by 30-50 call center agents. Support on- and off-boarding.
* Administrative Management: Oversee office administration, ensuring a smooth and efficient work environment.
* Coordination & Support: Work closely with the Sales Manager to build a high-performing sales team.
* Compliance & Processes: Ensure local labor laws, company policies, and operational procedures are followed.
Ideal Profile
Qualifications & Skills:
* Proven experience in office management, preferably in a call center, sales, or startup environment.
* Strong organizational and leadership skills to manage office setup and staffing.
* Fluent in Spanish and English (written and spoken).
* Focus on Sales.
* Ability to work independently and take ownership of tasks in a fast-paced, growing company.
