Noblegen Sales Executive, BrazilLocation: Peak Scientific Brazil, São PauloWe are hiring a Sales Executive for our Noblegen business in Brazil, reporting to the LATAM Marketing Manager. You will be responsible for ensuring that liquid nitrogen sales targets are met and exceeded as well as maintaining mutually beneficial relationships with existing customers. You will travel throughout São Paulo, your assigned territory, with occasional travel to other parts of the country.Our main LATAM office is located in São Paulo, and we have plans for significant Noblegen growth over the next few years. You will be joining a team of 22, including dedicated sales and field service engineer teams covering Brazil.Noblegen, acquired by Peak Scientific in February 2024, is a highly experienced manufacturer of specialist gas and cryogenic generators which are both sustainable and cost-effective solutions for industries requiring liquid nitrogen. Our customers are active in industries including cryogenics, animal husbandry, medical, and nuclear magnetic resonance (NMR). Noblegen is skilled in providing robust and varied solutions to meet the demands of a wide range of applications.In addition, you will be responsible for:Manage, develop, and actively identify new sales opportunities with end-users.Provide sales advice and support for customers to assist them in purchasing our liquid nitrogen generator solutions that fulfill their requirements in a timely and appropriate manner.Examine and identify the key regions within the territory and devise an action plan along with your line manager.Arrange meetings with potential customers to prospect for new business.Act as a key point of contact between the company and its existing and potential markets.Negotiate the terms of a sales agreement, ensuring agreed profit margins are maintained.Work alongside the marketing department, gathering market and customer information.Represent the company at trade exhibitions, events, and demonstrations as required.Negotiate delivery and specifications with other departments including engineering, marketing, and production.Ensure a record of sales, order information, and customer contact details are input into the appropriate CRM.Review your own sales performance to ensure targets are achievable and escalate to management where there is a risk of non-achievement.Ensure you gain a clear understanding of customers' businesses and requirements.Skills and Qualifications:Self-motivated and able to work with minimal supervision.Quick to learn new skills.Able to work under pressure against tight deadlines.Good communication skills.Advanced English language skills.Able to interface comfortably and effectively both internally and externally with a broad spectrum of personalities.Customer-focused.Ideally, sales experience in the scientific industry.Degree in Science.Able to adapt to and communicate well with different customer mixes and cultures.A strong business and commercial acumen.Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to develop relationships.Now is a great time to join us!
