Goose is the most affordable OTT SaaS platform in the global market that helps to monetize your content (VOD + Live channels) by providing a self-serving white label platform, so you can launch your own branded video streaming service in a most efficient way.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead a team of Territory Sales/Account Managers for the business unit
* Sales goal is the cumulative sales target for the team
* Responsible for sales leadership, people development, sales enablement, organizational excellence for all Territory Account Managers
* Provide direction & Leadership, training, development, and mentoring to the Sales team
* Assist in the growth of employees through training and career development activities.
* Establish staff priorities and assignments
* Establish performance goals and monitor performance levels
* Determine and initiate actions required to correct any deficiencies in meeting sales objectives/financial targets.
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing or similar.
* Proficient in English communication (speaking and writing).
* 5 years experience in this role
* Strong Skill presentations
* Availability to travel
* Experience in telecommunications companies or startups, technology, mobile, internet, paid TV, SaaS, or other areas related to applications or web platforms. (is a Plus)
