**What you will bring to the team**
Toshiba Global Commerce Solutions is seeking a Technical Project Manager to join a high-performing team developing software solutions for the Retail Marketplace.
The Technical Project Manager will be responsible for driving a team of programmers, testers, software architects, and other supporting roles throughout all phases of the software development life cycle from concept to product release, to life cycle management.
The Project Manager will use Agile and Project Management development processes and best practices to ensure quality, on-time, and on-budget deliverables.
**What you will be doing**:
Your typical day as a Toshiba Technical Project Manager will involve:
**Responsibilities**:
- Successfully lead complex projects, define, plan, deliver and support HW products and solutions for customers.
- Define activities, responsibilities, critical milestones, resources, skills, needs, interfaces, and budget.
- Manage with high performance, providing customer support, ensuring high levels of satisfaction, ensuring seamless communication and problem resolution.
- Conduct requirements analysis, scope control and scope prioritization based on customer needs and scope change management.
- Perform impact analysis of any scope changes between phases and negotiate scope prioritization with the product owner.
- Identify the different roles and skills for each project, considering prerequisite constraints and other project-specific metrics.
- Provide regular executive updates at the end.
- Work with technical leadership to develop product launch schedules, committing them to the business and ensuring timely execution.
- Present project status and recommendations to management.
- Complete all work items including legal permits, regulatory requirements, product classifications and ensure products meet industry standards.
- Identify key stakeholders to ensure positive relationships are established.
- Interact with stakeholders as appropriate to discuss product functionality, performance, plans and field support escalations.
- Identify and solve problems, gaps, and challenges in HW engineering processes.
- Prioritization of demands based on their criticality and severity
- Promote an environment of collaboration, trust, and accountability.
**Naturally, to be successful in this role, you must have and know of**
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science field or equivalent experience.
- Strong leadership skills
- Strong Communication Skills
- Strong project management skills with a minimum of 3 years project management experience.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced.
- PMP certification (desirable).
