The Opportunity
We’re offering independent EHS Sales Partners a highly financially rewarding opportunity to build a steady income stream by selling a high-demand, high-value product. This is a commission-only role — ideal for safety consultants, former HSE professionals, or experienced sales agents who want to earn substantial commissions by connecting companies to essential EHS software solutions.
This is your chance to leverage your network, tap into existing business relationships, and earn 20% commission on every successful deal. With average contract values well over €20,000, your commission from each sale could be €4,000 or more.
What You'll Do
* Leverage your own EHS network or actively seek out new leads in your region
* Identify and qualify companies that could benefit from IZI Safety’s platform
* Reach out to decision-makers (safety managers, operations directors, compliance leads) to introduce our software
* Pass leads to our sales team for demos, product walkthroughs, and contract negotiations
* Stay engaged throughout the sales cycle, offering support and local context
* Collaborate with our Sales Director to ensure contract closure

What We’re Looking For
* EHS background (safety, compliance, or operations) OR experience selling into EHS departments
* A strong network in EHS or safety-focused industries, or the drive to build one
* Confident in prospecting, qualifying leads, and introducing new solutions to potential clients
* Independent, self-motivated, and driven by the potential to earn
* Fluent in English and your local market language
Please Note
* This is an independent contractor role — not an employment position
* No base salary or benefits — you are fully commission-based
* You must be able to invoice for your commissions
